Fitness & Diet

Fitness (men & women):  Below we have a 12 week fitness program which has yielded consistent results for many of our clients.  This program consists of 3 to 4 sets per exercise, all to be done in 1 hour, at the gym or home.  Don’t forget…Safety first! 

Of course there are many more exercises to do for theses body parts.  Just keep in mind that this program is geared towards “primary” and “secondary” muscles for a total body work-out over a 12 week period.  With the right diet your gains will be great!

Diet:  We also put together general diet programs for both men and women.
